Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally eligible to operate commercial vehicles. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Enrollment and payments

Enrollment is complete when we confirm your seat and receive required documentation. Pricing is listed in the catalog and may change. Third-party financing is subject to provider terms; we do not guarantee approvals. Refunds follow our posted schedule and state regulations.

Training commitments

Students agree to attend scheduled sessions, follow instructor guidance, and comply with safety standards and applicable laws. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to weather, equipment, or instructor availability.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or interfere with others’ learning. Prohibited behaviors include unauthorized access, scraping, distributing malicious code, or violating intellectual property rights.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We provide services “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee exam outcomes or employment. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service.
